Patrick and Jessica were looking to purchase a free-standing house in the North Shore with a budget up to $1.8m. They understood the house would be modest but were willing to add value through an extension and renovation in time. They found a house that had just passed in at auction on the previous weekend, although there were quite a few interested parties in attendance.
