This was Alex and Alice's first investment property. They were expecting a baby so they wanted to find a property quickly while they had two incomes. We secured a quality townhouse on 22 January, with an excellent tenant in place who wanted to stay on. The floorplan was better than usual with a high standard of finishes. The location of the townhouse was quiet at the back of the complex with visitor parks beside. Baby Ezra arrived two days ago on Tuesday 6 Feb. Mum and Bub doing well. Alex and Alice knew what they wanted, were flexible given their budget and were delightful to work with. They are happy with the outcome as we secured the townhouse for $9k less than the property next door which sold very recently.
