Grace and Tony were based in Hong Kong and wanting to purchase a family home in the Killara High School catchment. Over a period of 3-4 weeks, we put forward a number of properties, including several off-market, with the help of video and teleconference. We initially walked away from one property in which an agent and vendor were too far greedy, before settling on a lovely home in East Lindfield, which was much closer to their extended family. Grace and Tony were both relieved and very satisfied with the outcome and are looking forward to returning home later in the year.
