Khin is a very busy professional working very long hours. She was not sure of where to find the best property for the money she had and wanted to access the freeways. She wanted a block to cater for her two large dogs and possibly be able to add a granny flat further down the track. She wanted a house with high ceilings preferably and enough room to have her Melbourne based family stay. I went to several properties in the Hills Parramatta areas and then Khin was keen to look further towards Hornsby. I found the home she purchased at Normanhurst with 10’ ceilings double brick on 753m2 with enough room for a granny flat.
