Anna and her mother, Jill had made a bad investment beforehand so came to us looking for help. They were in a hurry because Jill was going away for 3 weeks, and their lease was up in October.
They were desperate to find a property they could fit a granny flat on and had looked at many places before engaging me for help.


I was able to find them the property they have bought in Ambarvale after searching for a couple of weeks.


Anna and I continued to search during this time because the vendor was very difficult to deal with and it took a fortnight to settle on an agreed price of $845,000.


Fortunately, the vendor agreed to an early settlement to fit in with Anna and Jill’s timing to move out of their rental property. Jill was ecstatic that Anna had support while she was away and had found a home.
