Buyers' Agent Comments:

Debbie had sold her house in the East and was looking to relocate closer to her sons school on the North Shore. Her budget was very tight around $2.3m for a 4 bedroom house where she could manage her business from home (which required additional space). After an exhaustive search, and pulling out every possible off market opportunity, we found a house in St Ives that fitted the requirements. Despite last minute competition from other buyers I was able to secure the property and exchanged contracts within 24 hours. To say Deb is delighted is an understatement.
