Adriana & Leonardo's Story

Western Suburbs Homebuyer

"..Thrilled to have a lovely home in a quiet street near many services and have enough land to build a granny flat in the future... "

Location: Western Suburbs

Price: $915,000

Buyer type: Homebuyer

buyers advocate comments:

Adriana and Leonard work long hours in the health industry and have a 3-year-old child. They struggled with getting time to find a family home and missed a few opportunities being outpriced by other buyers. Adriana wanted to be able to house her parents as well and wanted a granny flat or room for a granny flat. They wanted to buy a house for $900,000 - $950,000 in Sydney preferably no more than 45 mins drive to Chatswood. I was able to inform them about good friendly and safe family suburbs to move to where they could access work opportunities in the health industry. They didn’t want to spend money on renovating, so the house needed to be in good condition. Unfortunately, the house prices have moved very quickly upwards over the past few months, and hope for an existing council approved granny flat dream became an impossibility with their limited budget and desire for a home in good condition with renovated bathroom and kitchen. I saw the home they have purchased off market originally, and suggested they inspect it quickly and put an offer in. I negotiated with the agent to get the price above the other interested buyers at the first Open home and quickly secured the deal at $915,000. Adriana and Leonardo are thrilled to have a lovely home in a quiet street near many services and have enough land to build Adriana’s parents a granny flat in the future.
