“It was a pleasure to help Beth out who was looking to relocate from a Newcastle suburb to a Lake Macquarie suburb into a single level villa to be closer to her son & grandkids.
Beth had located a property that was ideal and was having trouble negotiating & dealing with the selling Agency and I was engaged to carry out “an appraise & negotiate” to assist Beth & facilitate the transaction, carry out an appraisal & negotiate ideal terms & conditions & price.
She was also selling her own villa, so I was regularly in contact with her selling Agent to confirm timing around settlement. 

I knew the selling Agent of the villa my client was interested in purchasing and I had previously purchased property through her and had good rapport and trust and this paved the way for a smooth transaction and to put my client Beth in front of another purchaser who was negotiating on the same property.
We found ourselves at the same offer amount as another purchaser and due to my previous dealings with the selling Agent, she preferred to take my client as it was a low-risk sale over the other purchaser.
No finance was involved; however, I was also able to successfully negotiate a longer settlement as my client was selling her property and the selling agent and vendor were more comfortable having a professional Buyers Advocate facilitating the purchaser and we exchanged without a hitch.
The difference here in this transaction for the success of my client was due to my trusted relationships with selling Agents and my negotiating skills.”
