BUYERS ADVOCATE COMMENTS:

James and Ellie are currently living in the UK and were looking to buy a family home in the Northern Beaches, for their return mid-year. Being within close proximity to Freshwater school and Manly college was an essential need for their two daughters. They required a 4 bedroom home with 3 bathrooms, additional home office, double parking and a distant outlook. The idea of walking to the beach was also particularly appealing. As James and Ellie were not in a position to settle on a home until July, the main difficulty was finding the right property with a vendor who was happy on a longer settlement. After dismissing a few of properties that were either unsuitable or with owners requiring a standard settlement, I managed to find a property that was previously listed last year but now leased. The next step was to ask the right sales agent to approach the vendor to see if they would consider selling and possibly encourage the existing tenant to vacate. The end result was that we managed to do this within a week and we secured the property for my clients. James, Ellie and the girls are now incredibly relieved and excited to come home to the Northern Beaches.
