My client was a downsizer from a family home which they had occupied for over 20 years. For them, it quickly became clear that buying a home in the Eastern suburbs had changed a lot, extremely competitive and frantic. They needed guidance on search, access to stock, due diligence, negotiations, and not dealing directly with real estate agents in the process.  My client was looking for a buyer's agent that would act on their side of the transaction, someone trusted, authentic and capable of helping them navigate through the entire buying process.
After inspecting and weighing up many different options, types of property, location, budget and what was going to be their next move, we ultimately came to the perfect solution. 

I had to act swifty to secure the perfect property before it went to Auction, striking at the perfect time, knowing that there were many interested parties and the chances of securing the property at Auction would have diminished immensely.
