Kale was an Appraisal and Negotiate client that was renting this apartment for 5 years, the real estate came to him stating the vendor was wanting to sell. Kale was very confused with the process of buying his first property and need help as he wasn’t sure if the property was overvalued by the agent and vendor, the agent was telling Kale the vendor was after $400K to $410K, Kale had been willing to pay this. After appraising the property which came in at $395K, I suggested that put in an offer at $360K. After 24hrs of negotiation, Kale had his property at $360K. Kale is over the moon as he just saved himself $50K by using a Buyers Agent.
