Lisa was looking to purchase a family home on the Northern Beaches and especially loved the suburb of Bayview. With immediate access to Pittwater, the Mona Vale shopping village and arguably Sydney’s nicest Dog Park, Lisa was keen for the fabulous lifestyle Bayview offered. Over a four-week period, I presented a number of options from Collaroy north to Newport, but there was one house that particularly stood out, in terms of functionality, privacy and location. After appraising the property, we submitted an offer, but it was clear that the vendor was not ready to sell. We remained patient and considered a number of other options, before finally negotiating the vendor down $200k over a two-week period. I am so happy for Lisa, it’s the house she wanted, and she is absolutely thrilled with the result.
