Our client was referred to us by a previous client for whom we purchased a house for in Sydney’s Eastern Suburb. They are a First Home Buyer family that required help navigating the complex Sydney property market. 
Location was their priority above all else, guide prices were confusing and as such they were unsure as to what their budget could actually buy them.
