Yasin lives overseas and has two daughters studying degrees in Sydney.
He is a First Home Buyer and wanted a 2-bed unit near transport in suburbs from Parramatta to Guildford and Westmead.
He had expectations of finding a safe area for his daughters in a security block that was no more than 7 years old, that had air con and other downlights close to transport for less than $700,000.
