I helped Patrick purchase his family home 19 years ago in Lindfield. Now an empty nester, he was looking to downsize and move closer to the city to enjoy the café lifestyle of the Lower North Shore around Mosman, Neutral Bay and North Sydney. 
With a budget of $3m I was tasked with searching for a high quality Townhouse or Apartment with at least 3 beds/ 2 baths/ and double parking, home office space, nice boutique blocks, good natural sunlight and renovations all done. It was essential that the property be located within walking distance to transport, shops and cafes. Within 7 weeks of engaging me, I uncovered the ideal property that ticked ALL the boxes and saved him over $150k (based on comparable sales). Another very happy (repeat) client.
