My clients were 2 professionals wanting to upsize to a larger apartment. After searching on their own, they decided to engage my services as they were time poor, wanted access to off market properties, didn’t want to be bombarded by real estate agent calls and emails, and wanted a strong negotiator.   
I took the time to get to know what my client wanted in a property to match their lifestyle, then reached out to my industry relationships to shortlist several properties that matched the brief and budget. 
I organised multiple private inspections, we attended an auction to gauge the market, and ultimately found the perfect apartment pre market which we inspected prior to the marketing campaign going public. This early access reduced the stress and urgency, gave my clients time to think clearly, to do our due diligence, and we were well prepared and ready to buy.
