Rich and his team responded to a last minute high pressure negotiation for us. He was professional, knowledgeable, and calm in the sea of insanity that I found myself in. I had a scheduled meeting with Rich thinking that I had a few weeks to get a property negotiation across the line. Literally five minutes before our call I was told that there was an offer on the table and the owners were looking to close within 4 hours. Rich dropped everything for us. He helped us with our legal people, drove the negotiations, liaised with the agents, calmed me down! :) , got the deal done. Wow. Just wow! I had been considering Buyers Agents up to this but was uncertain. I saw the chance to get experts working on my side at an 'effective' discount via their fixed fee model. We lost two bids on properties that we fell in love with over the last year, if we had Rich on the game earlier we'd be in our dream home months ago. We now have our dream home! The hook? In the final run, I would have paid $51K more for the final bid. That was my pitch. Rich talked me through it. He went to the selling agents. Crevan was in a quite a dilemma when he called me first thing in the morning.
