Solution:
May I just say that from our first meeting Anna, I felt encouraged to hope that even with my restricted budget I would get a place which I could afford and in an area I wanted to live, and I did not hope in vain. It was also good to view apartments within a radius of where I wanted to be, so that I would not repine and think “oh, if only we have looked over that direction….”, well we did check out other areas given that my feet would always walk back to the desired Coogee/Randwick areas, and you would always kindly bring me back to reality when I began dreaming of far pavilions.
On a very practical level you were always available to help calm my many anxious moments, returning calls and emails very quickly and always reassured me that you would not let me get anything which was not priced properly. And more personally, it was a joy to go around the viewings with a very glamorous professional who knows her business and possesses great warmth and charm. And also for the tips and resource information which can only improve my new home.
