Buyer's Brief: To purchase a new home with dual needs

Goal:

To purchase a new property, 4/5 bedrooms, near a park with a studio for teaching and a place for my mum to stay/live. The prospect of doing it all myself I felt would be too difficult, stressful and an arduous task given family and work constraints. I was also concerned I would not find the right property or pay too much.

Solution:
