It was a learning experience to see him in action and rival against the other bidders, he was strong and spot on in anticipating their tactics. Rich has been involved with real estate on the Northern Beaches for a long time. From those experiences he has developed professional relationships with the auctioneers and sellers agents and was in tune with their selling style and strategy to be able to adjust his bidding tactics. This knowledge became a lot more valuable when our bid was passed in and we had to negotiate a purchase price with the vendor. He was quick to protect our final bid offer and not get drawn closer to the seller’s reserve price. We are happy to say we have purchased our dream home! Would we recommend Propertybuyer? YES!!!
