Matt and Sarah had just sold their home and were seeking a 3 to 4 bed home on Sydney’s Northern beaches in the Forest area.  They had moved quite a lot in the past decade and wanted this next home to be more of a “forever” home where they could raise their two young children and have two dogs playing in the yard. With a budget of $1.5m they wanted a 3 bed plus study house, flat yard for kids, outdoor entertaining space, open plan living areas, good proximity to shops and local primary schools, ensuite to master bedroom, lock up garage and build in robes. It was going to be a tight squeeze to find everything on their wishlist. I presented a wide range of properties that fitted the brief including many off market opportunities.  There was very limited stock on the market which made the searching challenging.  However, I managed to secure the ideal place that was already renovated (and will a bonus pool) and managed to buy $100k below market value.  Matt and Sarah were delighted with the result.
