Natalie's Story

Eastern Suburbs Homebuyer

"..Existing tenant purchases property... "

Location: Eastern Suburbs

Price: $824,000

Buyer type: Homebuyer

buyers advocate comments:

I was engaged to negotiate a delicate situation where the landlord was wanting to sell an apartment with a tenancy agreement in place. The existing tenant loved the property and wanted to buy it, however needed assistance to secure the property.

It was a fine balance between risking losing the property, marketing and going through a month of open inspection and my client potentially losing their primary residence versus securing the apartment at the best possible price so my client could finally own the apartment that she rented.
After weeks of due diligence, including complex building and strata reports, finance approval and legal advice, all part of the role in looking after my client, we managed to secure the apartment off market. I achieved a great outcome and have an extremely happy client.
