Goal:
Looking for a 1-2 bedroom unit not far from Sydney CBD to live in.
Solution:
I was spending a lot of time looking at properties that had obvious problems, or were well out of my price range, and had been looking every Saturday for nine months. I was worried that I would be priced out of the market by other buyers for places that I liked, or that I would really have to compromise on what I wanted. Anna was brilliant. She really had a good sense of exactly what I was looking for, and only showed me places I would be interested in. She was outstanding when it came to negotiating the sale price. I simply would not have got this property without her. I finally own a small slice of Sydney, and I would not have done it without Anna’s help. It is definitely worth the investment.
