Mark and Wendy were seeking a home in the Lower North Shore within walking distance to transport, cafes and water. They both worked long hours and did not want to waste multiple hours commuting to and from work each week. They originally had quite a wide brief across a number of suburbs so it was important to show them a number of properties to outline the value obtainable in each one. Mark and Wendy provided excellent feedback on each property and we were quickly able to ascertain exactly what they ideally wanted. After two weeks we managed to secure an off-market apartment that met all their needs, with the addition of having a fabulous view. They were both thrilled with the result.
