Solution:

Prior to engaging propertybuyer we felt okay about buying a property but were unsure of the current market prices, returns and costs associated with buying a property. Our man fear about our property search if we went at it alone was whether we going to find a property that would meet our criteria and still meet our yield + growth expectations within budget. Propertybuyer took us to an area that had good growth + yield potential, gave us a report with facts, showed us a range of properties within budget and evaluated the properties for us. Afterwards we felt that the Buyers’ Agent had listed to our requirements. It did save us a lot of time, especially around negotiating a price and doing the paperwork associated with buying a property, when we have little expertise.
