Goal:
To purchase an entry-level investment property in a desirable inner-city location. Preference was for Potts Point, Rushcutters Bay or Inner East. Inspections are time consuming and the supply for the market was low. Full time work made the search difficult in terms of prioritising commitments. I was concerned the market was too competitive and that it would take too long to find something. Also, that nothing in the area would meet my budget.
