I consider myself more real estate savvy than most. But with a demanding job and busy personal life, I really felt i wasn't putting enough time into property hunting. With a bit of an educated guess on how long it would take me to find a property, i felt that the cost to engage Propertybuyer would pay for itself purely by speeding up the process. In the end, the decision proved to be far more valuable than just time. Propertybuyer put in some serious effort and presented me with a number of options. They managed to find a serious diamond in the rough that i never would have found myself and negotiated a very attractive purchase price. It was a pleasure educating and guiding James through the mind field of searching, due diligence, choosing the right property along with the right strategy and buying process to match James’ short term, medium term & long term property goals. We were searching through a number of key locations providing both healthy growth & yield and in the end we chose a versatile property of 3 x flats on a level, well located block of land with dual street access close to facilities, shops & attractive lifestyle features such as Beaches that provided not only a higher yield with potential to easily increase the yield considerably with a small further investment but it also has future development potential and I look forward to working with James again for his next future purchase as his equity grows in this property.
