Buyer's Brief: To buy a duplex.
We wanted to purchase a duplex and were very worried about doing it ourselves. We were concerned that if we chose the wrong buyers’ agent we wouldn’t get good advice, what we wanted to do would not be taken into account and there would be no rapport between us and the buyers’ agent.
Rich Harvey arranged a Skype interview, he had looked over our buyers brief stating what we were looking for and then the discussion went from there. He made us feel very confident in his advice and no question was silly. We were happy with the advice and discussion. Rich has all the facts and figures for what he was suggesting. After Skype he rang us back about 10 minutes later with extra info that we were after.
Rich Harvey is an excellent person to deal with, very professional and prompt. They have sound advice and figures. Rich has supported us in the property deal all the way to settlement, giving the bank extra info when they needed it. Also talking with us after business hours.
