Buyer's Brief: Build current portfolio for purpose of wealth creation

Goal:

We wanted to achieve good positive cash flow but also create some very quick equity.  I didn’t feel confident enough to do everything myself and I felt a little confused.  I was mainly worried about finding the right site/building to sub-divide and how to do a strata title.

Solution:

Jeremy was quick to get our search moving and didn’t take long to find a suitable block of units that was cash flow positive after negotiating a good price.  We are now in the process of strata titling the five units.  I would advise anybody thinking of engaging propertybuyer to Go for it!
