Goal:

I was looking for a property with maximum yield in a state/suburb with strong prediction of future capital growth. Also the potential to manufacture yield/growth. I was getting frustrated particularly at the state of the current Sydney market, feeling overwhelmed at the competition and daunted by the prospect of looking outside Sydney to unfamiliar markets. I was worried that I wasn’t going to make the most skilful decision. That I may miss opportunities of which I was not aware.
