Saurabh is a time poor professional who was finding it near impossible to conduct the necessary research to determine what locations to explore. In short, he was unsure of where to buy, what to buy and how much to pay. After discussing in detail the strategy moving forward it was clear in terms his path moving forward. The property was purchased $165,000 below the reserve set on the day of auction.
