Saurabh is a time poor professional who was finding it near impossible to conduct the necessary research to determine what locations to explore. In short, he was unsure of where to buy, what to buy and how much to pay. After discussing in detail the strategy moving forward it was clear in terms his path moving forward. After utilising all of the resources at propertybuyer’s disposal we uncovered the perfect property for long term capital growth. In addition to this the property resided in an ideal zoning for a higher and better use that has development potential for when the time is right. The property was in a very good condition, needing no extra work, it was within a three-minute walk to the major shopping centre and a ten minute walk to the train station on a sizeable block. The property was purchased $165,000 below the reserve set on the day of auction.
