I really enjoyed the relationship we developed with Angela and Glen who helped us buy an investment unit on the Gold Coast. Being from Sydney, I don’t think it would have been possible without them, and they worked well as a team. Angela especially was always on top of the process and kept us close and up to date with everything. I must say, one of the things that made it possible for us to make a decision quickly and remotely was Angela’s attention to detail, close up videos, photos and commentary. She made us feel as if we were in the room with her when inspecting units. I also think she was very good at following the brief and understood exactly what we were looking for. I don’t think it would have been possible for us to purchase an investment from another state and during the storms and flooding to add to the complexity. Thanks Angela and team.

The buyers have a daughter studying at University on the Gold Coast therefore, it was important that the apartment they purchase could be both holiday let and pet friendly, so that they have flexibility of being able to stay in the apartment with their dog for a couple of weeks of the year. In less than two weeks from commencing our search, we found the perfect apartment, on level 37 of the Q1 building with a beautiful view of the ocean, pet friendly, and no restrictions for holiday letting. The buyers are delighted with their purchase and are eager to furnish the unit and relax in the onsite facilities.
