Our buyer was an interstate investor looking to buy an investment property in Brisbane.
He listened to our advice and our market knowledge so when this fabulous renovated four bedroom, two living, two-bathroom home on a great block came up for sale we jumped on it at once.


We did a walk-through face time with Ryan and made an offer. We weren’t the highest offer, but a strong offer with great conditions.


The property was located withing walking distance to the school, local shops, lake, restaurants/cafes, and transport. The property rented at once with multiple applicants because of the great position.
