Our client is a First Home Owner who had relocated to Sydney from Europe and found the Sydney eastern suburbs property purchasing process confusing and frustrating . 

She is a single mum with a young daughter and wanted to live in the eastern suburbs and required easy accessibility to the city where she works in premium retail. Her wish list was to be within close proximity park lands and a school for her daughter.

Munro held her hand through the whole process and educated her on the property purchasing process allowing her to understand what her budget could buy and where we could achieve the best result taking her budget and requirements into consideration. 

He also introduced her to a finance broker, solicitor and building inspector and as a team they worked swiftly to secure a lovely OFF MARKET top floor unit in a convenient Kensington location and a short walk to Centennial Parklands.

As our client is time poor and works long hours she was not always available to make it to inspections. Munro would undertake the first inspections, video the properties and together they would review the option each evening. 

We short listed 3 on market properties one of which we went to auction for, however it sold above our client’s budget maximum.

Within a few days Munro was able to source an OFF MARKET property in a superior location with a better outlook, however it did need some cosmetic TLC which our client was excited to undertake if we could purchase it at a favourable price .

We appraised the property and were able to negotiate a great outcome at the lower end of our appraisal allowing our client some extra money to undertake some cosmetic works.
