My client is a young professional investor who is based interstate, so geographical limitations and time constraints were some of the reasons he engaged a buyer’s agent. 
Seeking to grow his property portfolio, my client was looking to buy a blue-chip apartment that he could potentially move into in the future. Driving factors for his investment was a good yield as well as strong capital growth. The key property attributes were location, orientation, size, proximity to transport and shops. 
Reaching out to our local agent relationships to access a shortlist of opportunities, I inspected several on and off market apartments, sharing videos and live streaming to enable my client to view the properties and give immediate feedback.
We uncovered a “true off market” apartment, a due to vendor circumstances, the property needed to be sold quickly and without any marketing material or marketing campaign. 
We found the perfect apartment that ticked every box and achieved a great result. A thoroughly well-deserved outcome for my client was achieved in a little over 3 weeks!!
