Our client is a 70-year-old downsizer who had been in the same home for many years and found the whole process of selling and buying property very stressful and overwhelming. She was battling to do it on her own without the guidance and support of a knowledgeable industry professional to assist her. She quickly came to realise that the sales agent’s job was to work for the vendor and whilst they were very accommodating, she wasn’t their focus. 

Due to Lisa’s empathic nature, she was able to immediately connect with her, understand her requirements and manage her very specific and detailed expectations.
