My client’s family circumstances required me to act as his vendor’s advocate and his buyers agent. With many pieces of a puzzle to manage, the most critical part of the transaction was ensuring the timing of the entire process was seamless. In a tough market with shifting timeframes, selling a home and buying the perfect new property in the same market, with location, budget and lifestyle requirements of high importance, was certainly going to be a challenge.

After inspecting several properties, we found the perfect one. With our strong agent relationship, we were able to inspect the property pre-market, giving my client several days advantage. This enabled us to do our due diligence, formulate our negotiation strategy, and be ready to make an offer when the timing was right. We also managed to agree to all the settlement terms to best suit my client's needs, achieving the perfect outcome from start to finish!!
