Mitch and Lucy were first home buyers seeking advice on how to best go about securing their first home. With a deadline for their wedding fast approaching in early 2024 and other work pressures, they found the process of dealing with agents and the very competitive nature of the property market under $1m a daunting task. They found most properties would be listed at a low price, then sold way above their expectations (typical under-quoting). Using our “Appraise & Negotiate Service” I was able to guide their search to select the right suburbs for their budget and lifestyle, provide realistic appraisals on their target property, and stop them making mistakes and emotional decisions.
