At my client's budget, this was going to be a challenge, however we love a challenge and always find the ideal property.

My clients were both leading a very busy life in Sydney, were time poor, finding it hard to be able to travel to Newcastle and juggling their baby at the same time; hence they needed a local professional property expert to lead the way and to take the pressure off themselves as they had a timeline due to finance pre: approval.

With some patience, we reviewed many options and decided to bid on one of the standout properties within their ideal suburb which had been beautifully renovated and updated. 

We carried out reviews of the Building & Pest Reports & contract review along with even negotiating a 3 × month settlement.

We were the highest bidder, after implementing successful strategies during bidding.
