My client was based overseas, with the intention to move into their new apartment in the future. Although they had family living local, they were time poor with their young families, work and daily demands, which prevented them from taking on the task of finding their parents the right property. Having someone on the ground, independently searching and showing them properties using WhatsApp, Facetime was the service my client was seeking. Working on the brief during a period where the apartment market was in very short supply for the specific type of property they needed together with a very competitive price point, we managed to secure a property pre-auction. Finding the right property was one challenge, then knowing when and how much to secure the property for became the next challenge. Using great negotiation tactics, I managed to secure this highly sought after apartment quickly. My clients are so excited with the outcome and are looking forward to one day calling this their new home.
