Daren and Melissa were a lovely couple looking for a family home on a large block in Hunters Hill with potential to add value. Having three children below 3 years old made inspections almost impossible. They wanted to renovate to their own personal taste and add a swimming pool. Essentially, they wanted me to assess all available properties and once I found Augustine Street, assure them that they would not be over capitalising by renovating to their desired level.
