Buyer's Brief: Appraise and negotiate on a townhouse in Crows Nest.

Goal:

I wanted to purchase a new home in an area that I was not familiar with. Prior to engaging propertybuyer, initially I was confident but I found agents in the area difficult to deal with. I was worried my time limitations would see me missing out or unable to complete negotiations successfully.

Solution:

I found the property appraisals gave me confidence about pricing and Matt saved me from ever having to deal directly with agents. Afterwards I felt fortunate to have found propertybuyer but more than anything without Matt I am confident I would never have found my beautiful new home. I am sure that without Matt I probably would have just given up and Fairlight might have only ever been a dream for me. However, I was lucky enough to find Matt and because because of you I will get to live that dream.

Darlene was looking for a home unit in Fairlight within 5 minutes of Manly Wharf, on the harbourside. She had missed out on more than one occasion and was frustrated with selling agents and the whole process. At the end of her tether, she was ready to give up on Fairlight, before turning to propertybuyer. Fortunately, we secured an off-market property within 2 weeks that we preferred to anything else she had previously seen. Darlene was over the moon and it was great to see.
