The Brief:
My clients, Dr Mayuran & Arandani wanted to purchase their first home within a 30 minute drive from the City. A big ‘tick’ requirement was that the property had to be within a 15 minute walk to the Harbour. The property had to have a minimum of 3 bedrooms with parking.
