Buyer's Brief: Apartment in Nth Sydney area

Goal:

I wanted to purchase a unit in North Sydney or surrounding areas. I wanted 2 + beds plus large terrace, open plan living and views. I did not consider doing this myself as I had only one month in Australia to buy the unit. I engaged propertybuyer from Hong Kong. I was concerned about what I had heard about the rapid rise in costs in the Sydney market and how to get a unit at what it was worth without having the cost inflated by unrealistic vendors.

Solution:

Matt give his realistic view of what the properties he saw were worth. He also negotiated with the agent/vendor to get me a price that I could afford. I feel very happy. I was able to exchange contracts on a property within 2 weeks of being in Sydney. They both worked long hours and did not want to waste multiple hours commuting to and from work each week.
