Goal:
Our goal was to purchase a one-bed flat close to family, so we could stay a couple of days when visiting from Canberra. This is the second property Matt has found for us, this time we didn’t even bother looking without consulting Matt first. We were concerned that we would pay to much or get into a bidding war.
