To be able to purchase a home to return to in a few years time whilst living overseas.

Mark was seeking a home in the Upper North Shore of Sydney, in which he could return with his family in a few years time. He wanted a solid home with a relatively flat, child-friendly yard, with public transport links to both the CBD and the variety of private schools. The house had to be in good enough condition for immediate leasing, but also have the potential to add value in coming years.
In a very short time, I located and secured a lovely property from a prominent politician. It had been his family home for a number of years. A fast and discrete sale produced an opportunity to purchase the property at an excellent price. The property was leased for $1,200pw within 2 weeks.
