To buy our family home in NSW. This was simply impossible trying to get everything from VIC; we were concerned about finding the right property, in the right suburb/pocket at the right price.

Buyers’ Agents Comments:
Peter & Melissa were relocating to Sydney and wanted to live in the Sutherland Shire due to family reasons. Their Buyers Brief was for a 3-4 family home that would be suitable for children and dogs. I concentrated on the more northern part of the Shire around Karella, Gymea and Sylvania and as evidence suggested this area could be within their budget. As they are expecting a baby, they didn’t wish to undertake any major renovations, but were open to a more cosmetic upgrade. They were coming up to Sydney four weeks after engaging with Propertybuyer and wanted a shortlist of suitable properties to view.
After focused research into the market, contacting various agents, and inspecting a number of properties, I compiled a shortlist of five properties for the Saturdays viewing. Peter and Melissa thought the last property was their favourite and I attended the following Saturday’s auction. There was timely and responsive communication with my clients during the whole engagement process and during the auction itself. I found them to be very motivated and engaged clients that made the whole process buying process easier and enjoyable. There was serious bidding by a couple of other parties, however my bidding strategy and budget won out in the end and Peter & Melissa were delighted with the result and their new home.
