Goal:
To downsize from family home to smaller more convenient location suitable for next phase of life. In mid 2015 the market was going crazy. We felt we had not negotiated well on previous purchases and needed assistance.
Solution:
Propertybuyer looked at both areas for us. Matt found an ideal house in Lindfield but we decided that we preferred the Inner West. Looked at the inner Inner West e.g. Glebe but preferred Haberfield or Concord as we refined our thoughts. Three properties were really only suitable and we purchased the third at auction. We felt great and relieved! If you are thinking of engaging propertybuyer, do it. Both Anna and Matt took care of us. Both are very professional, never got flustered despite us being very particular about what we wanted. A huge help. Also able to steer us through aspects such as inspection, multiple visits and extended settlement.
