We wanted a safe investment as we are nearing retirement. Our main focus is on the yield however it is a long term strategy and we may redevelop in a few years. Stewart certainly knew the area and found us a fantastic property in Colyton, a 4 bedroom brick home that is close to all of the important amenities. We have great tenants in the house and flat and rents are high. We would certainly recommend propertybuyer to family and friends – we had no idea about the Sydney market and we trusted them 100%.

Alex flew over from WA and had a look at the area, preferring a brick home in a family suburb close to shopping centres and transport. We purchased a 4 bedroom home that only needed minor cosmetic work and is leased for over $400 per week. A 2 bedroom flat was built in the yard that is leased for $300 per week, the block is over 750m2 meaning plenty of room. The agent called us after another buyer could not proceed so we managed to buy for around $20K under market value.
