Katherine & Paul contacted Propertybuyer after not having much success with their search for an investment home purchase. The residential property market had been showing strong prices increases during the year and Katherine felt quite overwhelmed by the rapidly changing market.

The property was rented out the day after settlement for a higher rental than forecast and showing a solid rental yield for the area.
